I recently tried Sarah Todd’s Kashmiri Tomato Sauce from the Hot Toddy collection, and it is honestly the best tomato sauce I have ever had. The flavour is rich and delicious, with a subtle warmth of spice that adds depth without being overpowering or too hot. It feels familiar yet elevated. This has quickly become my absolute favourite sauce, and I can’t imagine going back to regular tomato sauce now
This tomato based chili sauce is a richly flavoured thick sauce with a nice after taste heat and vinegar bite. A great addition to grilled meat and also cheeky addition to a salad vinaigrette/ dressing. Yumm.
Lovely sauce with the little tang/kick at the end.
