Im wondering though is my smoked tomato sauce the same as the 1 I thought I'd ordered? The Kashmiri?

Sarah's cookbook is approachable with easy recipes using ingredients I already have on hand, I started cooking from it the day it arrived! I haven't as yet opened the 3 masala sachets, but the Dirty Masala Chai is LIFE CHANGING! What a delicious flavour, and it feels nurturing to make time for myself to enjoy this delightful beverage.
