Lively Vindaloo Masala
Vindaloo is a traditional dish of Goa which has been my home for the past six years. This is an adaptation of a dish introduced by Portuguese explorers in the 15th Century, unique with the addition of malt vinegar. Pork was the meat of choice, but any meat can be used.

It was easy to follow recipe turned out good.
Loved it. Tried it on a vegetable curry and will use again with pork. It’s fragrant and delicious and not overly hot for my less chilli loving friends.
