The recipe is super simple and takes only a few minutes to prepare. And the best part? You’ll have a batch of 20-25 Momos to enjoy with your friends and family!

Prept ime: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10-12 minutes

Ingredients

250g ground chicken or lamb (finely minced)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 package of dumpling wrappers (available at Asian markets)
Hot Toddy 7-spice Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground meat, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Place a small amount of the mixture in the centre of a dumpling wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal the filling inside. You can also create pleats along the edges to make it look like a traditional momo.
  5. Steam your Momos for about 10-12 minutes, and voila! You have a plate full of piping hot, juicy Momos ready to be dipped in Hot Toddy’s 7-spice sriracha sauce. This sauce takes the dish to a whole new level. The unique blend of spices and heat level of the sauce creates an explosion of flavour.
